• Check whether there is waste oil or wastewater in the gas mixing device of the laser cutting machine. When these impurities exist, they should be removed in time.
• Check the laser gas drying filter of the laser cutting machine. When more than a quarter of the filter color in the filter turns red or white, the filter must be replaced in time. The color of the filter is blue when it is working normally.
• Check the lubricating oil content in the vacuum pump and Luozi pump of the laser cutting machine. When the oil quantity is at the lowest limit, it is necessary to replenish the lubricating oil in time.
• Check whether there are impurities in the filter in the chiller device of the laser cutting machine. If there are too many impurities, they must be cleaned.
• Check whether the circuit waste residue in the laser cooling water device of the laser cutting machine exceeds the standard.
• Check whether the condensed water level in the compressed air separator device of the laser cutting machine is above the standard limit. Check whether the oil content in the vacuum pump is sufficient. When the vacuum pump is cooling, the oil level in the vacuum pump should be kept within an appropriate error range, and it should be replenished in time when the oil is insufficient.
• Check whether the oil volume of the Roots pump of the laser cutting machine is sufficient.

When checking the oil quantity, you can observe the oil content in the gearbox of the Roots pump from the reserved oil window above the gearbox. When shutting down the Roots pump and cooling the Roots pump, the oil content should be kept within the standard error range. When the amount of oil is insufficient, add engine oil in time.
